Indigo Pine at Sunset
This dimensional textile piece was created using stitching and collage techniques. Natural, hand dyed fibers and up-cycled packing paper turned cloth like through the traditional Japanese technique of Momigami. The pine tree is indigo because, in the quiet of the night, the black void of my inner mind presented slivers of indigo and deemed it to be so.
